So readers/listeners, a window into Martin’s weird word association brain. As soon as I typed “brand new year” what I was going to write about just washed right out of my head and all I could think about or remember was David Ogden Stiers and his performance in one of my favorite 80s flicks, Better Off Dead. A must see for all Gen Xers, and strongly recommended for you youngsters out there. So much fun, so many tag lines. So now I’m no good for anything serious, but here’s the scene I was reminded about, posted below for your enjoyment. Oh, and Friday we published our first episode on WWII, with “The Battle of the Atlantic”. I don’t mind saying I was spot on for the whole episode (as of course were Francis and Robert). Give a listen. But first, Lane Myer.
About The Author
Martin
I'm Martin, the heathen. My perspective can skew a bit from Francis and Robert, but that makes it fun for us all.
